TERMS AND CONDITIONS
School Clubs
- Registration for school clubs must be done via our school clubs registration page.
- Full Term’s Fee must be paid by the 2nd week of Term. Fees paid after this will incur a £5 late fee.
- If fees are still not paid by the 2nd lesson, children may be refused to attend and their place will be given to another student on our waiting list.
- Fees are non-refundable when classes are cancelled due to reasons beyond Aquila Taekwondo’s control. For any reason a class is cancelled due to Aquila, optional classes will be offered at various local locations.
- Multiple incidences of late pick up will result in a Late Pick Up Fine of £10 per occurrence.
- Taekwondo uniforms are only to be purchased through Aquila Taekwondo. Other uniforms will not be permitted. Options for clothing are: PE Kit/Sports wear or Aquila Taekwondo Uniform.
- Belt Promotional Test take place at the end of every term. Not every child will grade every term. This is down to the discretion of the Instructor.
- Our Instructors have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. Aquila Taekwondo will not tolerate any aggressive or abusive behaviour towards our Instructors. Any behaviour like this from students, parents or cares will result in suspension or expulsion from the club.
- Aquila Taekwondo have a “Duty of Care’ to our children attending classes, Aquila work alongside the school’s Safeguarding and Welfare Policy for the children.
- You consent to photographs to be taken on occasion for the sole purpose of promotional/publication material. Should you wish for your child not to be included in photograph, please contact Aquila Taekwondo via email.
