Basics

Techniques specified on any previous syllabus

Outer forearm block (Walking stance)

Outer knife hand block (Back stance)

Outer knife hand strike (Long stance)

Outer knife hand block (Back stance), slide into reverse punch (Long stance)

Outer crescent kick (Walking stance)

Skipping turning kick, turning kick (Fighting stance)

Double front kick with same leg (Fighting stance)

Double turning kick with same leg (Fighting stance)

Skipping side kick (Fighting stance)

Pad work

X10 Mid-section punches (Both holder and kicker will be examined) Alternate hands

X10 Push kicks (Both holder and kicker will be examined) Alternate legs

Taegeuk Il Jang / Pattern #1

Taegeuk Ee Jang / Pattern #2

Self-defence

Wrist grab (cross-arm)
Double handed choke
Single collar grab

Sparring
Free sparring (Light contact to body only) Combinations and fakes required
